The Center for Restorative Medicine is dedicated to providing the highest quality products and services.  Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Is my order returnable for a refund?

Supplements are returnable for refund if they are:

1. Returned within 30 days of your original order date.
2. The quantity is two or less of the same product.
3. They are unopened, the seal on the product isn't broken, and the product isn't damaged in any way. 

Once we receive your return, we will refund the same credit card used for your purchase less the cost to us for free shipping.

Items not returnable for refund are:

1. Probiotics
2. Personal care products
3. Aesthetic/cosmetic products
4. Oils
5. Food items
6. Books and educational materials

How do I arrange for a product return?

Please call The Center for Restorative Medicine at 615.338.0123 before sending back any returns and we will be happy to assist you.

Will shipping charges be deducted from my refund?

Yes. If you received free or promotional shipping on your order, the cost for us to ship the original package to you will be deducted from your refund.

Are shipping charges refundable?

No. When you receive free shipping, The Center for Restorative Medicine absorbs the shipping cost. However, if you return products, the shipping charges become your responsibility. Charges for all incurred shipping costs will be deducted prior to refund being issued.
